Founders Vision

Companions with Pride was founded by Joshua Norris, a caregiver and community advocate with years of experience across companion care, home health, and senior living communities.

Through hands-on caregiving and leadership roles, Joshua gained a deep understanding of how meaningful, respectful support can improve quality of life for both clients and their families. His experience across multiple levels of care allows him to recognize when companion services are appropriate—and when families may benefit from additional resources or referrals.

Companions with Pride was built on the belief that care should feel personal, dependable, and inclusive. Community collaboration, transparency, and dignity remain at the center of every service provided.
